Flick Drummond, Conservative Police & Crime Commissioner candidate for May 2020’s elections, chats to Steven Galton, Jeremy Moulton & Graham Galton around crime concerns in Millbrook and Southampton.

“It was really great to meet with Flick again to share our concerns for Southampton. I haven’t been afraid to point out Southampton & Portsmouth see around 2/3rds of all crimes in the Hampshire area. As a result I think we should see our fair percentage of any of the new 20,000 police officers Boris and the Conservative Government are providing.” – Steven Galton

Local Conservatives were joined by Flick Drummond at our recent policy discussion forum. Flick is the Conservative Police & Crime Commissioner candidate for next May’s elections.

The meeting was part of our manifesto and policy planning for next May’s local elections. Jeremy Moulton chairs these meetings and having the potential next police and crime commissioner attend was an excellent way for her to hear first hand how policies could make a real difference in Southampton.

Get Brexit Done – Invest in Valuable Services

It is important that parliament Gets Brexit Done so we can get on and focus on other issues like investing in our police.

Boris Johnson and the Conservatives have already provided funding for 20,000 more police officers and we look forward to Southampton receiving it’s fair share of these new officers.
